Towering some 700 feet above the creek, these piers were built using a standard, internal jumping tower crane. For supporting this crane, we designed special telescoping trusses which continually adjusted to the tapered shape of the piers. This enabled the general contractor to use his own conventional equipment in an unusual situation.
